RODEO ARENAS
The Fallon County Fairgrounds has two arenas that are available to rent. The indoor arena is available year round and the outdoor arena is available on a seasonal basis. Both facilities had major renovations done in the Spring of 2015. For the indoor arena, a new ventilation system was installed and 20 new horse stalls were built along with new windows, doors and insulation. The outdoor arena went through a complete rehaul with the old crows nest being replaced with a much larger one, a new Rodeo Office was constructed for secretaries and announcers to use and the arena was revamped with new panels, bucking chutes, roping boxes, lead ups, stripping chutes and holding pens.

- 75' x 250' riding area

- Seating capacity: 700+
- 100 horse stalls available for rent

- Electrical camping spots adjacent to arena
Outdoor Arena Features:
- 156' x 220' riding area
- State of the art sound system
- Crows nest
- Rodeo Office with phone line & internet available
- Seating capacity:1030+ in grandstands, additional seating can be brought in also
- 100 horse stalls available for rent
- Ample Parking
- Electrical camping spots near arena
What does it cost?
Below prices are based on a single-day* rental:
For Profit: $200
Private Party: $100
Non-Profit: $25
4H & School Related: No Charge
Use of the kitchen is an additional $50/day
*Additional days may be added for set-up and tear down for an additional $50/day.
Security Deposit: $200/$400 if kitchen is used; additional $500 deposit if using Fairgrounds' panels and an additional $500 deposit if using sound system equipment.
Insurance: Insurance is required, naming Fallon County Fairgrounds as the insurer.
ALL RENTERS MUST LEAVE THE CONDITION OF ARENA IN SAME CONDITION AS FOUND OR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
How can I rent an arena?
#1 - Check the availability of the Arenas on the Fairgrounds Facility Calendar
here to see if the Arenas are available on your date of choice.#2- Fill out the Arena Reservation Request form below.
#3- Read the Rental Lease Agreement and Fairgrounds User Rules.
#4- Go to the Fairgrounds Office to sign the Rental Lease Agreement and pay your rental fees. That's it, you have now rented the Exhibit Hall.
