The Fair Board is established as a five (5) member Board, appointed by the Fallon County Commission. Members shall be at least 18 years of age and residents of Fallon County, having the same qualifications as required for the office of County Commissioner.

Appointments are made October 1st of each year. Terms are set at three (3) years, staggered, beginning with the designation below. Terms designated are:

1 term expiring September 30, 2027
2 terms expiring September 30, 2025
2 terms expiring September 30, 2026

The Fair Board meets the 3rd Monday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the Fairgrounds Office. The public is always welcome to attend. If you wish to speak about a particular issue or topic at a meeting please email or call Fairgrounds Manager, Jennefer Wheeler, at (406) 778-2451 to be placed on the Fair Board Meeting Agenda.
